Satin Pillowcases:

I also have standard-sized satin pillowcases available.  Sleeping on a satin pillowcase puts less friction on your hair, thereby reducing the amount of breakage and split ends you may get.  It also 'saves' hairstyles, and the hair seems to stay cleaner (less-oily) longer.  

I have used - and loved! - my satin pillowcases for years.  They are made from either acetate or polyester satin, and launder really easily: I just toss mine in the washer, gentle cycle, with similar colors/weights, then tumble dry on low, removing promptly.  

The  price is just $8 per case, plus shipping (up to two cases ship for $3.50.) Here are samples of colors I've had:
